WooAutoFill - Call Transcript and Summary Feature

We’re excited to introduce WooAutoFill, a powerful new feature that takes your call management to the next level! With WooAutoFill, you’ll automatically get a Quick Recap of your calls, see clear Next Steps for follow-up, and have a detailed summary of all the Topics discussed. Plus, the brand-new Transcript feature lets you revisit the full conversation anytime, ensuring you never miss a single detail!

How To Access WooAutoFill

Select a contact ➡️ Go to the recorded call audio ➡️ Click on the three dots ➡️ Call details.

Note: You can click on 'View Transcript' under the call to access the call detail. And you can also go to Settings ➡️ Communication ➡️ Phone Calls ➡️ Call history ➡️ Click the 3 dots to access the Call Details.

Call Details

In the Call Details section you can view the following:

  1. If the call was Outgoing or Incoming.

  2. View which user(s) were on the call.

  3. The date the call took place.

  4. The call duration.

  5. Listen to the call.

  6. Access WooAI Summary.

  7. Access the Transcript.

  8. Download WooAI Summary or Transcript.

WooAI Summary

Now you can view a summary of your call generated by WooAI Summary, which is broken down into three sections.

  • Quick Recap.

  • Next Step.

  • Topics.

Transcript

Now you can review your past calls with the new Transcript feature.

All Participants (transcript)

View who said what in the call within the Transcript feature with the 'All Participants' filter.

Skip To Certain Parts

With WooAI Summary you can skip to certain parts of the calls by clicking on the pointers generated by WooAI Summary.

Download Summary/Transcript

You now have the option to download the WooAI Summary or Transcript of the call.

Note: The file will be downloaded as a PDF.

Quick View

Now under the recorded call audio you can access a quick view of the transcript. To view the rest of the transcript just click 'View Transcript'.
