Step 1: Choose an Email Parser

To extract details from emails, you need an email parsing tool.

Create an account with the email parser tool of your choice.

Step 2: Forward Emails to the Parser

  1. Create a Parsing Mailbox – Each parser will provide a unique email address (e.g., yourname@inbox.mailparser.io).

  2. Set Up Forwarding Rules – In your email provider (Gmail, Outlook, etc.), create a rule to automatically forward relevant emails to this parser email address.

Step 3: Define Parsing Rules

  1. Open your email parser dashboard and locate the forwarded emails.

  2. Create parsing rules by highlighting text that you want to extract (e.g., Name, Email, Phone Number, Message).

  3. Save the parsing rules and test the extraction.

Step 4: Connect the Email Parser to WooSender

Using Zapier or another automation tool, you can send parsed data to WooSender:

  1. Create a New Zap in Zapier.

  2. Choose Email Parser by Zapier as the trigger app and select "New Email" as the trigger event.

  3. Select WooSender as the action app and choose an action such as "Create Lead" or "Add Contact."

  4. Map the parsed data fields (Name, Email, Phone, etc.) to WooSender fields.

  5. Test the workflow and enable the Zap.

Step 5: Monitor and Optimize

  • Regularly check parsed data accuracy.

  • Adjust parsing rules if email formats change.

  • Ensure smooth data flow to WooSender by testing automation periodically.

By following these steps, you can automate lead capturing from emails into WooSender, improving efficiency and response time.
