Step 1: Set Up a Pipeline in Go High Level

  1. Log in to Go High Level.

  2. Navigate to Opportunities and click on Pipelines.

  3. Click + New Pipeline and define stages (e.g., New Lead, Contacted, Converted).

  4. Save the pipeline.

Step 2: Create a Trigger in Go High Level via Workflow

  1. Go to Automation, Create New Workflow and click + Create Trigger.

  2. Set Pipeline Stage Changed as the trigger event.

  3. Select the specific Pipeline and Stage that should trigger the Zapier integration.

  4. Choose Action as Send Webhook.

  5. In the webhook URL field, enter the Zapier Webhook URL (generated in the next step).

  6. Click Save & Activate.

Step 3: Set Up a Zapier Webhook Trigger

  1. Log in to Zapier and create a new Zap.

  2. Choose Webhooks by Zapier as the trigger app.

  3. Select Catch Hook as the trigger event.

  4. Copy the generated Webhook URL and paste it into Go High Level’s webhook field (Step 2).

  5. Click Continue and send a test lead from GHL.

  6. Review and confirm that Zapier is receiving data correctly.

Step 4: Configure WooSender as the Zapier Action

  1. Select WooSender as the action app in Zapier.

  2. Choose an action event such as Create Contact.

  3. Connect your WooSender account by logging in.

  4. Map the relevant fields from GHL data to WooSender fields (e.g., Name, Email, Phone Number).

  5. Click Continue and test the action to ensure WooSender receives the correct information.

Step 5: Activate and Monitor the Zap

  1. Click Publish Zap to activate the workflow.

  2. Monitor the Zap History in Zapier to check for errors.

  3. If needed, adjust the field mappings and retry the test.


Step 1: Create a Appointment Trigger in Go High Level via Workflow

  1. Go to Automation, Create New Workflow and click + Create Trigger.

  2. Set Customer Booked Appointment as the trigger event.

  3. Choose Action as Send Webhook.

  4. In the webhook URL field, enter the Zapier Webhook URL (generated in the next step).

  5. Click Save & Activate.

Step 2: Set Up a Zapier Webhook Trigger

  1. Log in to Zapier and create a new Zap.

  2. Choose Webhooks by Zapier as the trigger app.

  3. Select Catch Hook as the trigger event.

  4. Copy the generated Webhook URL and paste it into Go High Level’s webhook field (Step 1).

  5. Click Continue and send a test lead from GHL.

Step 3: Action - Add Appointment in WooSender

  1. Select WooSender as the action app in Zapier.

  2. Choose an action event such as Create Appointment.

  3. Connect your WooSender account by logging in.

  4. Map the relevant fields from GHL data to WooSender fields (e.g., Name, Email, Phone Number, Appointment).

  5. Click Continue and test the action to ensure WooSender receives the correct information.


Step 4: Activate and Monitor the Zap

  1. Click Publish Zap to activate the workflow.

  2. Monitor the Zap History in Zapier to check for errors.

  3. If needed, adjust the field mappings and retry the test.
