We're excited to introduce a powerful new feature designed to enhance your automated messaging efforts—Variations for SMS/Email/Voice Automation Events. With this update, you can create multiple variations of your messages, offering increased flexibility and personalization in your communication. Whether you’re looking to improve deliverability, engage contacts with unique messaging, or enhance the overall impact of your campaigns, this feature provides the control you need to maximize your outreach.

Why Use Variations?

By introducing variations into your SMS, email, and voice messages, you can:

  • Increase Deliverability: Avoid sending the same message repeatedly, and increase your deliverability.

  • Enhance Personalization: Tailor your communication for a more customized experience, increasing relevance and engagement for your recipients.

  • Boost Engagement: Keep your messaging fresh by offering different text variations that may resonate with your contacts in various ways.


How to access WooSender Automation Variations

Select a campaign ➡️ Automations ➡️ Click an event ➡️ Event message ➡️ Variations.


Adding a New Variation Inside the Campaign

Click the '+Add New' button to create a new variation for your SMS, Email, and Voice (Text-to-speech) events.

Deleting a Variation Inside the Campaign

To delete a variation hover over the variation tab you wish to delete until you see a 'red' garbage can icon and click the icon to delete the variation.


Variations Inside Autopilot AI

You also have the option to create variations for SMS/Email/Voice events inside Autopilot AI before publishing them.

Note: You can only re-generate messages created by the AI, variations created by you can't be re-generated.


Quick View

You can quickly view your variations by clicking on the arrow icons on the SMS/Email event.
