Introducing Woo Booking - Trigger Actions! This powerful new feature gives you the ability to set up automated actions in WooBooking based on contact behavior. Now, you can easily trigger actions when a contact doesn't respond to WooAI, ensuring no lead falls through the cracks. Whether it's assigning contacts to a campaign, adding tags, or assigning a new team member, Trigger Actions within Woo Booking makes it seamless to take action and stay on top of your contacts. Let automation do the heavy lifting while you focus on what matters most!

Here are some examples of how you can use WooBooking Trigger Actions:

  • When WooAI sends a follow-up message to a contact to book, you can mark it as attention when a contact doesn't respond to WooAI after 5 minutes.

  • When WooAI books a contact. You can set a WooBooking Trigger action to update the contact within the pipeline stage.


How To Access WooBooking Trigger Actions

To locate Trigger Actions for Woo Booking please do the following:

Select the campaign ➡️ WooBooking ➡️ Trigger Actions.

Triggers

Now within WooBooking, you will have the option to set triggers when an Appointment is Scheduled, The No Response Wait Time, WooAI needs your help, Opt-out requested, or Contact not interested.

Note: The No Response Wait Time will only trigger IF the contact doesn't respond to the WooAI bot (the icon with the smiling bot).

The following triggers below will need to have WooBooking 2.0 turned ON:

  • WooAI needs your help

  • Opt-out requested

  • Contact not interested

Actions

You will now have the option to set actions once the trigger is triggered within WooBooking.

Actions you can set:

  • Mark as attention

  • Add tag

  • Add user

  • Remove from campaign

  • Add/Update opportunity

Note: The trigger must first be triggered before an action can start.
