Stay in the know with WooSender’s NEW Contact Activity Log feature—your go-to feature for tracking every interaction with a contact. View a detailed history of actions, and see exactly who made updates to the contact. Whether you're reviewing conversations or optimizing workflows, this feature gives you the insights you need to stay efficient and informed!

Here are some examples of how you can use the contact activity log:

  • See which team member assigned a lead to a specific sales rep, helping you track reassignment history.

  • View the exact user who removed a contact from a campaign.

  • See which user manually added custom tags, or made important edits to the contact’s information, making collaboration more transparent.


How to access the activity log

Now there is an option inside the contact's profile under the 'action' button to view the activity log for the contact.

Select the contact ➡️ click 'Action' ➡️ View Activity Log

Note: You can also view the activity log for contacts from the contact's detail page within the Pipeline page and the Conversation page by clicking on the action button ➡️ view activity log.


Filter Within Activity Log

Within the activity log you will be able to filter by all time, all sources, and all activities.

Note: What does each filter option mean?

All time: You can filter by certain dates.

All Sources: You can filter by the source for example you will be able to filter by a user to review if a user made any changes to the contact.

All Activities: You will be able to filter by certain activities, for example, if you want to know how a tag was added to a contact you will be able to see how it was added to the contact.


The Activity Log


In the activity log, you will be able to review the history of actions that took place for the contact.

For example, you can view when a tag was added, by who or how, and the date/time it was added.

Activity Log Sources

Inside the activity log, you can hover over the icon under 'date-time' to review the source of the activity.

Note: There are four different icons in the activity log to view the source of the action.

First letters: The icon with the first letter of the first and last name means it was completed by a user.

WooSender: The Woo icon means the action was completed by a stage action, system, or campaign.

WooAI: The icon with a smiling bot means it was completed by the WooAI.

API: There will be two icons if an activity is triggered by an API. There will be Zapier icon to notify you that it was completed by Zapier. And when it's completed by the API it will show an API icon.
