We are excited to share that Same-Day Booking is here for WooSender! With this new feature, you can now offer your contacts the option to book appointments on the same day they receive a message from you. This feature allows you to increase booking efficiency and ensure you're always connecting with leads at the right moment.

Increased Appointment Rates: Offering same-day booking can be a game changer, especially for time-sensitive leads who need quick action.
Instant Booking Flexibility: WooAI can now offer same-day appointment times without any additional effort on your part, making it easier to book leads when they're most engaged.
How to Enable Same-Day Booking
To turn ON same-day booking please do the following:
Settings ➡️ Availability ➡️ WooAI Scheduler ➡️ Toggle ON 'Allow same day booking' ➡️ Save.
Note: Make sure you have the shortcode {{wooai}} inside your email or SMS events for WooSender to populate same-day times.
Same Day and Next Day
You now have the option to offer same-day appointments & next-day.
By making sure you have the 'Allow same day booking' ON and setting the working days option beyond 0.
Example: If you only have limited time slots for the rest of the day or you're fully booked for the rest of the day, the AI will offer the next day since the work day is set to 2 days. This means the AI will only offer 2 work days in advance to the contact.
Notice
You will now see an option to add a notice. This will act as a buffer when you have same-day booking enabled.
How does it work?
Example: A contact replies with 2 PM, but it's already 1:32 PM and you have a notice set for 30 minutes. Woo Booking will not book the contact but offer other times to the contact for the same day.
Note: You can set a notice in minutes or hours.
