We’re excited to share our latest feature update: the WooSender Notification Settings and Notification Centre, designed to give you more control over your notifications. With these new updates, you can now stay informed about appointments, campaigns, contacts, opportunities, tasks, and more, all in one place. No more missing out on important updates.
Here are some examples of how you can use WooSender Notifications:
Receive instant updates when leads from your campaigns need your attention.
Get alerts when follow-up tasks are assigned to you by your team.
Never forget to follow up on a contact with due date reminders for tasks.
How to access the notification settings
To access the notification settings please follow the steps below.
Go to Settings ➡️ Notification Settings.
Appointment Notifications
Appointment Reminders: Now you have the option to get reminders for appointments not just via SMS and email. But also through the notification center and via pop-up.
Appointment Updates: Now you have the option to get updates via email, pop-up, and the notification center when an appointment is booked, canceled, or edited.
Campaign Notifications
You now have the option to get the latest notification updates when a campaign is created, deleted, or turned ON/OFF.
Contacts & Conversations Notifications
Contact Assigned To You: When someone on your team assigns you a contact.
Contact Needs Your Attention: When a contact is assigned to you needs attention.
Conversations Updates: Get notifications when a conversation assigned to you is
closed, when a contact is blocked, and when a contact assigned to you is deleted.
Opportunities Notifications
Opportunity assigned to you: Get notified when another team member assigns an opportunity to you.
Opportunity Updated: Get notified when an opportunity gets updated by a team member.
System Notifications
Export contacts complete: Get notified when your contact list is exported.
Facebook Disconnected: Get notified when Facebook integration gets disconnected.
Import contacts complete: Get notified when your contact list has been uploaded.
Tasks
Task assigned to you: Get notified when a task is assigned to you by a team member.
Task due: Get notified when a task is due.
Notification Centre
Now within WooSender, you have a place to see all your notifications.
To access the notification center click the bell icon (like below).
Note: If a card inside the notification center has hyperlink text, when you click the card, you will be taken to the contact for whom the changes were made.
Bell Icon
There is a new bell icon between the call and the calendar button. You can now view how many notifications you have inside the notification center.
You can also click the bell icon to access the notification center.
Pop-Up Notification
Now you have the option to have a pop-up notification when you are active within WooSender so you don't miss an important follow-up.
NOTE: To receive WooSender Pop-up notifications you will need to turn on the notification option inside the browser settings. You will also need to make sure the browser is allowed to send you notifications by going to the device settings and turning on the notification option for the browser.
