With WooSender Tasks, staying organized and proactive has never been easier. This powerful feature allows you to schedule and track tasks directly within WooSender, ensuring you never miss a critical follow-up or outreach.

Whether it's reaching out to contacts on specific dates, sending timely reminders to follow up, or setting alerts to stay on top of important deadlines, WooSender Tasks keeps you aligned with your goals.

Here are some examples of how you can use WooSender Tasks:

  • Send a reminder to follow up with a lead who requested a quote but hasn’t responded.

  • Schedule a task to check in with a prospect two days after their demo to answer questions.

  • Prepare for an upcoming sales call by setting a task to review notes an hour beforehand.

  • Ensure timely contract renewals by creating a task to reach out to clients a month before their agreements expire.

By creating Tasks, you can focus more on the business and less on remembering when to follow up—ultimately boosting your productivity and ensuring you stay ahead in managing client relationships.


How To Create a Task

Creating a task inside WooSender has never been easier. Follow the steps below to create a task.

Contacts Page ➡️ Select a contact ➡️ Add Task ➡️ Enter title, details, date and select assignee ➡️ Click add to create a task.

All Day Task

If you know a certain task will take up the day. You have the option to switch ON the All Day Task toggle.

Task Card

Once you created your task, a task card will be created and located under the task section of the contact's profile.

You will be able to view the title, date, and time the task is due.

Quick Glance

With task, you have the option to quickly view the task details by clicking the arrow icon on the top right of the card.

Mark as Done

When a task is completed you have the option to mark the task as done. When you check off the task as done.

The task will change color to light grey and be moved under 'Show Done Task' keeping active tasks separate from completed ones.

Note: You can still view past tasks.


Tasks & Calendar

Tasks assigned to you will also show inside your WooSender Calendar so you can track upcoming tasks.

View Contact's Card

When you click the task inside the calendar, you can view the contact, date, and have the option to view quickly the contact's info. (Like below)

Calendar - Tasks Toggle

Inside WooSender Calendar, you now have the option to toggle ON or OFF tasks giving you the option to view them in the calendar.

Note: Tasks will be light blue. WooSender Appointments will be the color you set inside the availability page and Other Events will be light grey.

View All Tasks

You can view all tasks from one location with the WooSender Calendar.


For easy viewing, you can use the table view and turn on the task-only toggle to view all your tasks in an easy-to-read view.

Or you can use the calendar view as well, to see any upcoming task.


Tasks Notifications

You will have three options to get notified when a Task is due within WooSender.

  • Notification Centre.

  • An email sent to your inbox.

  • A pop-up when you're active in WooSender.

You can access the notification settings by following the steps below.

Settings ➡️ Notification Settings ➡️ Tasks

NOTE: To receive WooSender Pop-up notifications you will need to turn on the notification option inside the browser settings. You will also need to make sure the browser is allowed to send you notifications by going to the device settings and turning on the notification option for the browser.
