Welcome to the Knowledge Base—a powerful new feature that revolutionizes how WooAI handles contact questions. By automatically providing answers to common inquiries before booking, WooAI keeps the conversation moving smoothly and ensures a seamless booking experience.

This upgrade eliminates the need for manual intervention, helping you book more appointments effortlessly and freeing up your time to focus on other priorities. Let’s dive into how you can make the most of Knowledge Base!


How Knowledge Base Works


Before this update, when a contact had a question before booking, WooAI had to flag it for your attention and wait for your response, often causing delays in the booking process.

Now, with Knowledge Base, WooAI can respond instantly using the answers you’ve provided, ensuring the conversation stays on track and appointments are booked more efficiently.


Example:

Before: A potential client asks, “How much does it cost?” WooAI would pause and notify you, waiting for your answer

Now: With Knowledge Base, WooAI can immediately reply, “We offer packages tailored to your unique goals and needs...,” and move forward with booking—no interruptions, no lost leads.

Concise Responses: WooAI will only use the parts of your answer necessary to address the contact’s question. It won’t copy the entire answer from your Knowledge Library.

Difference from Woo Response: Unlike Woo Response, which uses whole answers, Knowledge Base intelligently selects relevant information to keep the conversation focused and efficient.


How To Access Knowledge Base?

Go to Settings ➡️ WooAI ➡️ Knowledge Base Libraries.


How To Create A Knowledge Base?

Select + Add Knowledge Library ➡️ Enter a Knowledge Library Name ➡️ Click Add Library to save.

How To Add A Knowledge?

To add knowledge, to your knowledge base library. Simply click on + Add Knowledge.

Creating a Knowledge

Enter a question that your contact might have about your service before booking an appointment with you.

Then enter an answer to the question for WooAI to use to respond to the contact before booking an appointment.


How To Add a Knowledge Base Library To a Campaign?

Now inside the Woo Booking page, there is an extra tab called 'Knowledge Base'. This is where you can add your knowledge library for your Woo Booking campaign.

Campaign ➡️ Select Woo Booking Campaign ➡️ Woo Booking ➡️ Knowledge base.
