How To View My Old Status

You can view your old status by going to the pipeline and filter by pipeline and stages. You can also change the view to list view

Overview:

With the new pipeline launched, there are several big changes implemented to help you take Woosender to the next level.

What has changed?

Old "Status" (schedule, lead, responded) are now moved to pipeline "Stages". So don't worry, you can now filter all your leads in the pipeline instead of the contact tab.

The new "Status" will now be "active" "inactive" "attention" and "stopped"

  • Active = When your contact is being taken care of, there is either automation coming or WooAI is taking care of the conversation.

  • Inactive = When the campaign ends or all automation has been sent out to the contact.

  • Attention = When the contact replies to the automation or WooAI needs the user's help.

  • Stopped = When the contact messages STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT or turn on the Do Not Contact (DNC)
