HOW DO I STOP THE CAMPAIGN AUTO FOLLOW UP? 

When the lead responded to the system via any of the following:

  • Email

  • SMS

  • Phone Call. 

The campaign will automatically update the status of the leads from NEW to RESPONDED and the campaign will STOP all follow up sequence. 

If you have an angry lead that is not happy with your rigorous follow up. If he/she replied with an angry text, e.g "stop texting me", the system will stop following up with the lead the moment he/she responded to the campaign. No action needed on your end.

HOW DO I CONTINUE THE AUTO FOLLOW UP AFTER SOMEONE RESPONDED? 

This usually happened when the lead who responded to your campaign suddenly stop responding to your manual follow up. 

You can either 

  1. Create a new follow up campaign so you can assign those leads who stopped responding to a new campaign. 

  2. Or you can remove them from the current campaign, save and add them back to the same campaign. It will prompt (status will revert back to NEW) 

HOW DO I GET NOTIFIED BY TEXT AND EMAIL WHENEVER A LEAD COMES IN?

Under Campaign > Preference. 

On the right section of the page, you can add your email or phone number to get notified by text or email. 

You can also get notified whenever there is a new lead, a new response or both.

Don't forget to click SAVE :)

DO MY CLIENTS/USERS GET NOTIFIED IF WE ADDED THEM TO WOOSENDER? 

Yes, whenever you add/create a user to Woosender. The user will get notified by email with their username and password.
